The Auberge Club de Seychelles Hotel has the privilege of being located in the northwest part of the island of Mahe. The bungalow where I stayed was right next to an immense tree of bread which were night flying foxes (large bats) to eat. Every night after dinner we could enjoy the Sega dance performances (traditional dance) and crab racing betting.
Okay, I know there are much better places to stay than this, but this was a little better value since the Seychelles tends to be quite expensive. It's quite old (1975) but is well preserved. It is separated from the beach by the pool and around it are the four restaurants that has the pool, the pizzeria, the Silhouette casino and bar. The non-motorized water sports are free for hotel guests and for motor sports and diving courses are offering a 10% discount.
